Rules

Annual membership fee for full members shall be £25.00: Senior Citizens and Juniors (Under 16yrs) £15.00 and Family (up to 4 designated family members) £50.00
Full members will have full voting and all other rights associated thereby.

Associate membership will be £5.00 per annum
Associate members will recieve all newsletters and other correspondence sent to full members but will not be entiled to vote and will be limited to 2 trips per annum.

Trip fees are as follows:
Full members will pay Boat Cost/Places to a maximum of £60.00
Associate members will pay as full member + £5.00
Non members will pay as full member + £10.00

Places for fishing trips can only be booked through the Fixtures secretary or any designated acting fixture secretary.

The Fixture secretary will phone members before each trip to confirm all relevant details. Members should NOT contact the Fixture Secretary.

Members who wish to cancel previously booked places should contact the Fixtures Secretary at least 7 days before the trip is scheduled to sail, thus allowing time for the Fixtures Secretary to fill the place. Any person not doing so, and not turning up on the day without telling the trip organiser will be expected to pay for their place and will not be allowed on any further trips until the full amount has been paid. Persons booking a place and notifying the trip organiser with just cause of cancellation will not be expected to pay the cost. The club shall cover these costs and/or any un-booked places.

Any member who cancels more than two (2) confirmed trips without due cause will be reduced to ‘standby’ for the remainder of the year.

Making a booking for any Club boat trip constitutes an implicit acceptance of the rules of the club.

The use of Mobile phones, whilst out on the boats, is banned.
